Child on a waiting period. No service or assistance

What a pathetic medical scheme!!! Call centre close. Not surprise. I am a livid mom. Which medical scheme would put children under the age of 5 on a waiting period? Which I can mention has been on a medical aid since birth. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO ANYONE!!!!!!
