Cheating Medical aid Scheme

My parents became a member of this medical aid in April 2015 and they came from another medical aid Bonitas which the fee got higher that is why they opt to change for something more reliable and beneficial. <br> The consultant I spoke with at the time never informed me what a **** medical aid group this is, they promised me that my parents won't have to pay a late joiner fee which they are currently paying and they also never mentioned the 3 months waiting period before their benefits can be used, their benefit fee's was only available from the 01/07/2015 and now when I called to enquire about a cancelation fee they told me it will only be cancelled by the end of December and that the fee will still be taken off at the end of November for a new month's deducting fee which they don't benefit from.<br> My parents don't understand why money should be taken off for a medical aid scheme that is currently not paying for anything since it is exhausted and they want it to be cancelled immediately, without any fee to be taken off at the end of the month. <br> My mother has been hospitalised recently and needs to pay those entire fee's cash so this medical aid is useless and is cheating two pensione
