Change of FP denied

I have chosen the Mediphila option about four months ago. I chose a doctor from a list of said to be a dispensing doctors of Mediphila network as my Family Practitioner. Unfortunately to my surprise when u visited the doctor last week, she told ne she doesn't dispense at all, wrote me a prescription for the pharmacy yet Mediphila does not have a pharmacy benefit but has a benefit of medicines dispensed by a doctor. I contacted Medshield with regards to a change of Family Practitioner to one that dispenses and I was told via email that the window for changes closed four months ago and it will open again eight months later. And if I need further assistance I should call ********** 120 which I did but it is always unavailable. The Mediphila Family Practitioner I chose won't help me much I would like to change immediately because with every consultation, I will have to pop out money from my pocket still. Medshield should also update their network of FP, she is said to be a dispensing doctor but she isn't.
