Cancellation of application for membership

This serves as notice that we would like to rescind our application for membership with Medshield. <br> <br> <br> The reason for this is because despite our request for immediate cancellation of a cover that we have not used and have no intention of using the Scheme refuses to see reason. <br> <br> <br> The contract became active on 16/07/2015 when we made an advance payment of R4902.<br> <br> <br> We have to go back on it now as my employer has made it compulsory for me to join another medical aid - CAMAF.<br> <br> <br> This means that if Medshield deducts the amount of R4902 on 01/08/2015 for August we will essentially be paying for 2 medical aid covers in one month. <br> <br> <br> We therefore want the membership to be revoked and have the amount already paid returned to us.<br> <br>
