Breach of Promise

In July 2014, after numerous complaints regarding non payments of my son's accounts by my medical aid scheme , Ms Govender promised to settle all accounts which were outstanding. But to my surprise the following accounts were never settled... Which has resulted with my name being handed over to the ITC BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS,which is quite disturbing for me to be listed for medical reasons.<br> 1. I need an explanation why this happened.
