Beware of Medshield
I gave birth on the 12 Feb 2019 and my claim was submitted to the Medical aid (Medshield) on the 18th Feb 2019, pending a motivation letter why a c-section was done.
Months later after the Hospital submits a motivation letter to Medshield, it is rejected as they say it is stale. I am now caught between gathering all information from the hospital to submit to Medshield as they say this was never processed.
I cant believe I have to go through this laborious process.
