Better off without Medshield

I feel that I would have been better off without a medical aid than what I am experiencing now with Medshield. For almost 2 years of being with them, now when I need them the most for hospital admission for a urologist to run certain procedures and help me to survive, thd medical aid has declined authorization only because of the camera that is included in the request procedures. It sounds like I better die than for them to override the procedure. I am sick, paying every month but all that I can get from my medical is one struggle after the other. Saddest month in my life. Now I have to go and seek help from a public hospital while I have medical aid.
