Benefits

I have been a member since last year. So today they told me that they had such expanded my benefits because my debit order was returned. On Monday I called them to ask if everything was in order concerning my benefits and my medical aid and my monthly contributions they said everything was fine and then I asked them if everything was okay concerning money if they have not returned any money to me if my debits were in order they said everything is okay. And now they say that my benefits have been submit suspended because of unpaid fees because a debit order was returned my debit order was written I don't understand. And I need the medical aid now because I need to be admitted in hospital for treatment as soon as possible so these benefits being suspended does not help me. Please help me get them to reinstate my my benefits.
