Benefit date despite

My 3rd Boy was born 14th of January 2025 which was covered by the medical aid. We provided Medshield with birth certificate in January 2025 a mere 15 days after the birth of our third child (which was the only requirement on the two previous occasions ) whereafter Medshield requested that we need to complete the form , nowhere was it communicated that this form should be completed within 60 days.

Medshield informed us that due to the fact that the form was send late our 3rd born has a waiting period. I wrote an email to Feizel Abrahams informing him/her of our disaffection .we received a response that in the event that we pay for the months Feb,March and April and send proof of payment the benefits would be immediately instated .Despite paying for the months as requested and providing proof of payment as well as the month of May deducted by debit order we were informed today by Garth Kreiger that his benefits date is only 1st of August 2025.
