Basket of Care ??? PMB from Day To Day ??

This Review regards to the ( Basket of Care ) with specific codes and tests and specialist visits that was granted to me when i joined Medshield. A list of the conditions were submitted to me on te yearly basket of care PMB with codes to be used when i needed to go for example a lung function test, or a heart sonar or blood tests. However i note that basically my whole day to day has been depleted regarding these tests and specialisr visit which according to medshield should be under basket of care and PMB ??? Why was my day to day used to cover all this ??? This is not right ! What is the use of the basket of care and the codes to be used if it is taken from my day to day ??? Something is wrong with this and this medical aid and i need answers and a correction on this matter very urgently. !!
