Bad service in the first degree
Yesterday..13/01/2024, I requested a tax certificate from this medical aid, and was promised I should have it by the end of yesterday…. Just did not hapoen. Not sure why there are such incompetencies around. The first tax certificate was faulty and they had to re-issue a rectified one. Perhaps get them to the CMS, for an investigation of some sorts. How do you issue a faulty tax certificate in the first place anyways. Your systems need updating. ?
