Bad service

I am very disappointed in the scheme and their turn around time to pay claims and respond to emails. Every claim I submit takes over 3 weeks to be paid out which is an inconvenience to me. I also sent an email regarding pregnancy hamper a week later still received no response. Honestly I am rethinking of changing to a better scheme. I work for a medical aid company myself and our departments are always on the ball..with all member queries
