Bad Service

Been trying to get an authorisation number from Medshiled for my daughter from yesterday but I am being send from pillar to post.

Firstly I was told to send previous medical certificates which I sent when I 1st app**** for the medical aid

After another submission I was told to call at 3pm for feedback I did and I was told to call again today

When I called I am being told to call again later, nevermind the amount of airtime I spent just being on hold.
