Bad Service (Back office and call agents have different versions of t&c's)

I was quoted by Bulelwa Tabata and joined 2020. Half my family was added to my medical aid late because i was sent the wrong forms.I then got late joiner fees added. when i queried i was told because there was a break in membership. i have submitted all documents up to 2008 and still i have to be told that due to age there late joiner penalty will remain. i should have stayed with discovery because there was no late joiner fees. service is bad as no response. Medishield hides behind Optivest and Optivest hides behind Medishield. i should have been informed before i joined how many years back the late joiner penalty app****. i feel frustrated and i am tired of calling and emailing.
