bad service and wrong allocation of funds.

I phoned to check if I had benefits left for out of hospital physio and they told me all my day to day benefits were finished, First someone told me that it was from psycologist consutations and scremed at me when I said mental health comes out of its own benefit plan not from day to day. I hung up and phoned again. Another person told me they were used up because my Cardiologist consultation had been paid from day to day !! It never has been! This is what it says in the brochure: MEDICAL SPECIALIST CONSULTATIONS AND VISITS The use of the Medshield Specialist Network may apply. 2 visits per family limited to and included in the Overall Annual Limit. Thereafter limited to the Day-to-Day Limit. Every year we pay more and we get less!! HOw can 9000 Rand last a whole year!! I might as well get a hospital plan.....This though is wrong ...I know ill have to wait a month before they reply and do someyhing about it thats why Im writing to you as they only take notice when they read complaints from HelloPeter Otherwise theyll take a month to answer .
