Bad service and no feedback

I have been with Medshield for the past 2 years and I am not very happy with the customer service or feedback. I logged an authorization request with the customer service department on 11 September 2025 for a procedure that I need to go for in doctor's room. It has now been more than 2 weeks without a reply. Every time I phone, they just say that they will escalate to management.
