bad service

they do not tend to know what they are doing , I have continuously calling for 3 months now, even escalated to complaints dept and same response is given. today i can call and they will confirm they received info requested , then call back tomorrow and get a different story that info was never received. Not sure who to speak because WOW incompetence is an undertstatement
