Bad Service

Our experience with Medshield has been painful bad. Whiles writting this messages we still waiting for Medshield to reply. The patient is being dischagred and will not get proper home care. We have submitted all relevant documents required and spoke to alot of consultants. Today speaking to the only Manager Nthabiseng we have to repeat information and she was not informed about the case. We need urgent help and assistance
