Bad service

I have been with medshield for many many years This is the first time my kid needs braces I have been struggling with medshield every week they need new documentation The dates of treatment is clearly stated on the invoices But they wil email to get dates from me This is not the service we expect as clients Honestly Terrible service from medshield It's either they don't understand what they doing Or they playing big time games with clients This is not done This is the very first claim I got with medshield in 10 years and this is the service I get
