Bad service

Good day. We are very unhappy with the medical aid. All we do is pay for the medical aid and pay in extra on account we they dont pay. We recently had to pay a path care account over R1000 which the medical aid never paid. Today we received an sms for the ambulance account of R5000 which they not going to pay. I will never recommend anyone to join this scheme. Our contribution is over 5000 and we still have to pay in here and there over 1000 on account. We will be resigning soon as Bonita as a better offer for less what our contribution is.
