Bad service

I've been with Medshield for years off and on, I was admitted to hospital Medshield barely covered anything and what makes it worse I was meant to have an MRI Medshield was meant to authorize this it's been 3 weeks later and they still haven't, been admitted they should cover this in full as per my discussion with them but they only wanna cover a small portion totally unacceptable as I was admitted.

My girlfriend is with discover on a similar plan and she went for an MRI the very next day.

I'm highly disappointed in Medshield and I will be canceling with them, SCP radiology still haven't received any feedback from them apparently it's still with the unwritters 3 weeks later come on its not rocket science
