Bad service

Pathetic service ever, medshield only cares about contributions and they're not taking care of their members, They're quick to suspend the membership without even a courtesy of calling their members. I only received a call after membership termination to participate on this non sense survey but never ever received any call from them for arrangements or any warning about possible termination and I only owed 1 month contribution then before the end of second month my membership was terminated. Very poor service I got from their agents as well, very Bad
