Bad service

To say I'm disappointed will be an understatement, I'm disgusted. On the 15th May I requested to be issued with 2 new cards as my daughter's status has been changed to adult. Until now, no cards have been issued. I have been with this medical aid scheme since 2000, and the service is Sooo bad. I guess it's time to look for another medical aid, which will respect me as a valuable and loyal client.
