Bad service

I’m disappointed at Medshield. I last consulted my dr on the 3rd of November,the payment didn’t go through when he tried to claim . I had an appointment,please bare in mind I’m expecting. I was told I can’t consult because of the outstanding payment. I called medshield,was advised it was a technical error. Was put through to the manager,she said she would personally call the dr and authorise my visit. I waited the whole day no feedback or email of communication. A week later I call and the issue has not been resolved. Such ********.
