Bad Medical aid

Good day. My son was admitted to hospital on Monday the 17 June 2024. I have just received a statement that the claim has been rjected. We are currently in hospital.i am already worried as they will now reject so many claims. To be honest i am not happy with medshield. With Discovery. All i use to receive was claim process.with this medical aid u get all the weird rejection. I expect a call by tomorrow please. Or i will go to social media and the councel of medical schemes and believe me i have all the details for these vendors. I need a call we are in hospital and i need to know things are sorted
