Bad customer service

Since last year I have been trying to get assistance from medshield regarding the co payments they just decided to add I have a pmb condition and have go in for regular scopes of my stomach Each time I go in there is a co payment of 2000 Which was never there before I have called emailed medshield they just say get hold of this department that department...... not sure wat can be done ...
