BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day, i pleaded with medshield to stop sending my private and confidential emails via my work emal, to date i have not received any help. How do u communicate such delicate matters even after i asked that my personal email be used and not the work email. The people from IT and the consultants are just useless and i really dont understand why they work there.
