Bad customer service

Good day I called today and spoke to Ada Ntuli. First she kept me very long holding as I have request a dermatologist that is on the network. Terrible service indeed. She emailed me a list of specialist I now have to phone each Dr on that list to find out who is a dermatologist. Wow.... Why could the agent not send me the list of dermatologist that is on the network.
