BAD BAD BAD service

i have contacted Medishield medical aid to give me more info, cause i want to join after a few phone calls i have asked for someone to rather come and see us, cause we are unclear about some of the stuff. The guy made an appointment and never came.It was for thursday. he never even called to say he is not coming or rescheduled. I dont know, maybe they dont need more business, but cant they just tell people that so we can stop waisting our time on phone calls and emails to get info. the reason i want info is to move from where we are, but suddenly the plan i am on doesnt look so bad after all.
