Awful customer service and slow replies
This is literally my last option! I am trying to get authorisation for a visit to a specialist this Friday but no matter which one of the millions of email addresses I email to, I get a reply saying this is not the correct address. I just want to authorise a visit to a gastroenterologist without it being such a nightmare. The customer service and waiting time on emails are ridiculous! Five working days!? Can someone please just authorise my visit? My member number is ***
