Awaiting Payment

Good day

I decide to cancel my medical aid as it became unaffordable to me as a pensioner.

They said that my savings would be paid out after 5 months. My medical were cancelled end of Jan 2020.

When I stared to send the enquiries regarding my payment they've got one excuse after the other.

Eventually I got feedback to say that they would now after I had competed some forms, submitting proof of my bank account and even told them I would take this further..... An answer to say they would pay within 30 days..... That have passed as well and still, no communication, no payment, no feedback...... No nothing.

I really am sick and tired of logging a query and wait 5 working days for an answer..... If ever so happy!

But when I belonged to the medical.... Every month on time they deducted my debit order, but when it comes to paying back, there is always excuses.

I never belonged to a medical aid with this poor service delivery!
