Auth refused no custmer care Very Urgent
My husband collapsed last Monday at his work with severe chest pains. He had to be rushed to emergency unit after which he was admitted. Authorisation was granted and he was discharged on Wednesday to go see a cardiologist. One Monday the 9th as we were busy at cardiologist I got a email from MSO to inform me auth is now pending for non disclosure. The cardiologist said my husband must go to theatre for a procedure called angiogram to see inside his heart an arteries to fix his heart as he deteriated a lot in one week. He can hardly talk as his got no breath, his hands, fingers and feet started swelling. He lost feeling in his hands and feet. He still has the severe chest pains since Monday the 5th. The procedure is tomorrow 12th nov. I20. code.<br> According to Medshield the consultant that told me my husband will be assisted in emergencies gave me the wrong info they are sorry and Medshield is not going to help me my husband does not qualify for life threatening conditions that I must deal with it or take him to a public facility. I can't talk to their managers, only teamleaders. I've been sending appeal letters and complaints to Medshield and MSO since yesterday to no avail.
