as before on the 15th of March

after writing my complaint to medshield on the 15th of March, all I get are emails saying it is being followed up. It is now 12 days later not 5 as they say the investigation would take. No phone calls no results,. I need to know NOW what is going on with my fund allocations. If it wasnt for the fact that you have to pay late joiners fees to other medical aids I would have left them long ago. This is miserable and disgraceful service. If we didnt pay our fees on time they would be very quick to cancel our policy!!! Paying R4200 a month plus gap insurance for disgraceful service like this.
