We have been waiting since 26/05/2022 for authorization for my husbands urgent Tavi Procedure.

To date we have not received any response or feedback from Medshield and I will personally hold Medshield liable for my husbands deteriorating condition.

We feel ****med out of paying our monthly premiums for decades and disgusted at how Medshield fails on every aspect of your core values of respect, accountability and integrity.

You should be ashamed; playing with my husbands life when he is not well and seeking medical assistance.

We've had enough!
