The most incompetant ********* medical aid,fair enough they have there designated hospital partners.There actuaries do not allow for you to go to the nearest hospital inj a life threaterning emergency,they will also try to mot cover a PMB and try to sneak there rates in so thay they do not have to cover a PMB They try to penalise you for not going to there designated hospital while you are having a heartatack had i gone to there hospital i would have been dead this nightmare vhas gone on for 7 months they paid and reversed every single entry on the invoice at least 3 times jonathan there customer service manager not the right person for the job there ops manager Angela b should rathere be a nursery school teacher than a ops manager clueless no comms with despetately unhappy customers that have been treated like this for 7 months the result is that they did eventualy refund me and settle all the bills they had no option as clearly this event was a PMB 2 claims in 14 years both total nightmares ********* profit driven and ******** organisation usless callcentre das management shocking opsmanagement unfortuanately i now have a pre existing condition therefore i cant fire them and move to a proper medical aid BE WARE you claim they will try to ***** you they should all be ashamed of themselves they will not because they have no conscousness
