Adding a Newborn baby and its a Nightmare! TERRIBLE SERVICE

I called Medshield on 23/03/2016 to add a newborn baby. To date its still not done and they keep on asking for different documents each time. Its almost 2 months now and still no feedback or results. Medshield is acting as if they provide the medical aid for free and if this is how they conduct business I will start looking for a new medical aid. How is a simple request so difficult to execute??? Either say No we don't want to add the child or yes and do it. I have been calling everyday since the 23/03/2016 and still no luck. Terrible Terrible SERVICE!!!!!!!! I need a call and answer TODAY before close of BUSINESS
