Shockingly ************* and difficult to work with. Has been refusing to pay out PMB needs for years. Every time we have to fight and appeal and then they pay out, after operations had to be rescheduled. It has gotten so bad that we have reported them to the health council of South Africa. Now, after cancer has been biopsied and diagnosed, one day before operation, they are asking for a additional procedures. They do not car if the cancer will spread.
