A *****ed company that *****s from the dead

My father died and is due a sizeable refund. Medshield puts up impossible demands to get the refund to the estate.

The insist on an unabridged death certificate (additional cost to estate of a few thousand rand) whereas all other medical aids accept a normal death certificate. What information they believe the need from the unabridged death certificate is uncertain Eg place of birth!

And they are insisting on a ID document stamped “cancelled”. They have the executor form which shows this is a valid estate.

It is just a **** to ***** money from their late members.
