A disappointing 3 Year Journey

I've been a Medshield insurance member for three long years, and I can't say I'm impressed. Despite shelling out hefty premiums, I've made minimal claims during this time. It's disheartening to realize that the total amount I've paid into the system likely surpasses what I'd ever hope to claim.

What's particularly frustrating is their unwillingness to cover even a portion of the cost for a circumcision. I've endured constant discomfort and pain due to phimosis for 13 years, hoping that insurance would provide some relief. But alas, Medshield remains unresponsive to my needs. It's safe to say that their commitment to their members' well-being seems rather lacking.
