85y old battling for 9months now to get help.

This is so sad that one must go to extends like this, just to get some response. My grandmother had a procedure done at Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein 20 Nov 2020 and after the hospital threatened to blacklist her she paid for a procedure that was approved and authorized by her medical aid.

Now trying to claim her money, she realized that they've terminated her from the medical aid of which she was the principal member for 10years and added my grandfather who has passed away over 10years ago.

They can not find a way to rectify it, not paying the money back and she is due for another procedure soon, however she can not afford it.

She is 85y old, and need us to help her.
