You'll forever be paying extra money in!

I am with Sasolmed, and I've seen a few GPs and the medical aid only covers about half most of the time. So I decided to phone Sasolmed and ask them if they have a list of doctors that they cover, so that I can find one where I don't have to pay money in, but they say they don't have a list and can't help me. So I ask what the Sasolmed rate is for a GP consultation fee, and they say they can't help me again, as it depends on the consultation code. I phone a GPs office and naturally they won't give me a consultation code without a consult, so what the hell am I meant to do?! Pathetic service. At least the other major medical aids have a list of network doctors that are covered if you want to find someone affordable. Absolutely useless!! Even though I'm paying upwards of R7000 a month I'm looking at going to a public clinic to get a diagnosis, at least then I won't have to pay in for it.
