WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Unfortunately I have to select a star. If it were possible I would give them zero stars. Their customer service is non-existent. You hold on the line for hours without getting any information form the representatives. The can never provide you with call references because the calls drop before any information can be obtained by them. They ALWAYS advise that they are not the correct department to assist with your queries and then transfer you back to the main switchboard - regardless of the query or which option is chosen. I would not recommend anyone to go with a medical aid administered by Medscheme. To say their call center is useless would be compliment.
