Worst medical scheme ever
my experience with Medscheme is very bad they did not pay a account for ambulance services that was required in November 2019 now the ambulance services has handed me over to the lawyers i personally think that this is very bad service and i have phoned out a lot of money to sort out this account and still up to today the problem is not sorted out, i phoned Medscheme last week and they said that they cannot do anything and i must just pay the money.

Thank you very much, but i will also have to comment on the reply that you gave me " The matter will be investigated and feedback will be provided in due course. " every time that i have phoned and tried to sort it out that same comment was given to me by every operator that i have spoken to since January 2020. Not just a few weeks ago i phoned Medscheme again to try and sort this matter out and one of your Management personnel told me that they are no longer involved with Sasol med i must pay the account out of my own pocket. how do you really want to run a professional establishment if your management personnel works with clients like that.
not to be rude or anything i will believe that words as soon as i get a phone call from your Medscheme stating it has been sorted out.
i am being harassed on a daily basis by Lawyers due to this matter getting SMS messaged that i am in due process to be handed over to the Magistrate Court,
Let me type the message that i receive and you tell me if this is a great message to receive
MAGISTRATE COURT SECTION! REF Nr JHL25/21 URGENTLY contact Nicol, Davis & Associates by the 28th of may 2021 as summons may be instituted against you within the prescribed time period payment due to Nicol, Davis & Associates
Myself and my wife is being harassed with this type of message, just because some one did not do their JOB
