Imagine you have to keep putting a company on this platform 🙄 Bonitas is one of the absolute worse medical aids to deal with. Because of their incompetance to process Prescribed Minimum Benefit claims and In hospital claims correctly. They say on this platform resolved believe me they can't even call you on the right number. I want to speak to someone who actually knows what is going on.
