Worst medical aid
This medical aid is so disappointing. Monthly premiums is expensive compared to other medical aids, yet their benefits and their value are poor and subpar to say the least. Examples: 1. Every time I go to the dentist I need to pay in extra and for every x-ray. 2. They don’t cover certain medicine brands and again you have to pay for them out of your own pocket. 3. Optometry benefit is R4255 several T&C attaches. No value for money. And to be honest I don’t think they even care about what complaints you have because Sasol forces you to use them.

27 Jan 2020, 16:17Optometry is R4255 but I had a bill of R3999 and they made me pay in R1110. Frame can’t exceed A certain value +\- R1700.
