Worst assistance from Medical Scheme

I have had the worst experience yet with Medscheme, i am struggling now from 2019 to fix a mistake that was made between Medscheme and Langamed as one of the companies made the choice that my son that is on my medical aide from the 4th of March 2017 is not on my medical aide the year of 2019 thus they dont want to pay for the Ambulance services that was required in 2019 now i get handed over to lawyers and receive a summons due to non payment. Every time that i contacted Medscheme they commented that they will sort it out up to today nothing has happened i even spoke to a manager at Medscheme and the comment that was made was sir its not our problem it is yours. Now if that is the service that a medical aide provider wants to provide is it even worth it to take out a medical aide from them.
