Worse Administrators for Medical Aids

The poor administration we experiencing from Medscheme its out of this world, requested for authorisation for patient we are treating both in paper and telephonically.

Authorisation given by them… submitted claims they are all rejected, when you call in most of the consultants are clueless giving you different stories.

Its been a month and two weeks going back and forth about this, only to find out yesterday the 19th of September 2022 that our practice number was never linked to the Authoristion number.

Its a pity we bash the Medical Aids that use the Medscheme administration. The **** service they are offering nxa!!!
