WILL LET YOU DIE BEFORE TAKING ACTION

Dear Polmed

It is with sadness that I have to resort to this.

1. You are allowed to have two mental illnesses! I have Bipolar disorder but am also severely depressed. It has taken Dr Buchner years to get my medication 100% correct. Now you refuse to pay for Trazodone!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I to do here??????????? I want to kill myself everyday. I tried to go without my tablet for 6 hours and I went completely mad. Trying to cut my wrists and locking myself in a room. My brother eventually went to buy me some tablets for a couple of days to sort out my authorization. Still a fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have cc'd in Dr Buchner for you to contact her for motivation as you have not done so. Your psych said I cannot have 3 antidepressants. Maybe consult the patient or her doctor before making assumptions on what you see on a computer screen. You will be the death of me. I am in fear every month when I go to the pharmacy knowing they will tell me "Polmed is not paying for this". Polmed never pays for anything!!!! All my "Mental Health" medication has gone through acute and not chronic as it should be. WHY?????????????????????????????????

2. I have a cyst the size of a golf ball on my right ovary. Dr Prinsloo gave me medication to shrink it as we do not want to operate. I just went to the pharmacy and they rejected it as I have no benefits left!!!!!!! This is strange to me as this should be acute, don't you think? So without this medication, I must have surgery which I DO NOT want to have. Are you going to pay my meds or make me endure a terrible operation?

3. I have had a cyst in my left breast removed. Prof Carol Benn is sending me for scans and mammograms every three months. I have crystallization in my breast as well as small cysts that need to be checked. I am too young for the preventative disease program so these costs go through our radiology. There is nothing left for my kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For years it has been a battle with Polmed to get decent care. Are you going to take action now or not????????????????????????

Very very very very very aggravated.
