Not only did I have to see my husband suffer by going into a diabetic coma, he was discharged for hospital with unpaid doctors invoices and a doctor telling him that he will not treat him, he has to go another doctor. The we get an appointment at the CDE. Polmed is so bad we have to pay first and then struggle with them. Another R2120 later............ The Endocrinologist changes his medication to assist in saving his life and guess what???????????? We have to pay cash for his medication as Polmed declines the claim. Yet another R1400 later........ He is register on the Decease Management Network however Polmed has never paid for a machine neither for the sticks for the machine. If you cannot assist when people are ill, why do you force members to belong to this Scheme???????????????????????????
