Waiting Period

I probably called over 15 times to get this query resolved. Each consultant gives me an answer but all provide contradictory feedback.

I recently added my wife onto the scheme.

She was previously with Discovery for over 10years. Proof was submitted as requested.

A- What is the reason for a 3 month waiting period. B- Your version of 3 months is also incorrect.

Please review all the documents and then let me know. Please can someone competent review the documents, we can then conclude this matter.
